Delete your Thiravoo account

You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

In the app (fastest)

Open Thiravoo on any device, go to Settings → Delete account, confirm your password, and choose Delete my account. Your authenticator entries, shared access, activity log and sign-in are removed right away and you are signed out.

By email (if you can no longer open the app)

Send an email to support@thiravoo.com with the subject Delete my account, from the email address you signed up with. We confirm the request by replying to that address and delete the account within 7 days of confirmation. We cannot delete an account on the basis of a request from a different address.

What is deleted

  • Your email address and sign-in.
  • Every authenticator entry you added, including encrypted setup keys and saved credentials.
  • Access you granted to other people, and access other people granted to you.
  • Your activity log.

Nothing is retained except server backups, which are purged within 30 days. No data is kept for any other purpose.

Before you delete

Deleting your Thiravoo account does not turn off two-factor authentication on the services you protected. Make sure you have each service’s recovery codes, or move the accounts to another authenticator first, so you are not locked out.
